Former Gor Mahia defender signs for Albanian club

Harambee Stars defender Erick Ouma has sealed a move to Albanian club KS Kastrioti Kruje.

The former Gor Mahia left back signed the deal from Georgian outfit FC Kolkheti Poti ahead of his transfer move to KF Tirana, coached by Ze Maria.

Ze Maria is a former Gor Mahia coach and is said to have engineered the move that will see Ouma play for the lower division side until July 1, 2018, when he will join Tirana on a three year contract.

“Ouma will play for Kruje until July 1, 2018, when he will be allowed to re-unite with coach Ze Maria,” a source close to the player revealed to Goal on Tuesday.

Kruje are currently placed top of the country’s Division One Group A table with 35 points, ten points above second-placed Egnatia Rogozhine while in Group B, Tirana leads with 37 points, seven ahead of second-placed Bylis.
