AFC Leopards defender Ramadhan Yakubu has joined Sony Sugar.

Yakubu could not see off his contract which was to run until 2019 at Ingwe having renewed the same last year.

After finding playing time hard to come by at the Den, Yakubu finally left the club for Sony, who have been rebuilding ahead of the start of the new season in February.

Sony Sugar have also signed Tyronne Omondi (Bandari), Moses Mwangi (Ulinzi Stars) and Muhoroni Youth duo of David Otieno and Salim Sowedi.

Other new signings for the Millers are Derrick Otanga (Naivas), Stephen Otieno (Kisumu Hotstars), Kevin Muhanji signed from Vihiga United and Martin Zamba.
