FA Cup round 32: Hearts, Kotoko handed lower-tier clubs

The draw for 32 clubs that progressed from the round of 64 was held on Wednesday with the two giants handed 'soft' oppositions

Ghana Football Association committee in charge of FA Cup held the draw for the round 32 on Wednesday in Accra.

Title holders Bechem United, after eliminating Real Apostles, have been handed second-tier side Guan United while Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak will lock horns with Proud United and Kotoku Royals respectively.

Wafa have been paired with Unistar Academy while Bolga All Stars, who eliminated Real Tamale United will travel to Wa to face Ghana Premier League title holders Wa All Stars.

There will also be a Brong Ahafo derby when Berekum Chelsea host B.A United at the Golden City Park.

The matches are expected to take place between May 18 and 22 May.
