EXTRA TIME: Wayne Sandilands' ticket to Dakar and Itu Khune leading by example

Who should start between Itumeleng Khune and Wayne Sandilands? Time to the masked no.1 a rest?

Bafana Bafana coach Stuart Baxter has been talking about giving other players a chance in the away game in Senegal.

That would make sense in a match that has no consequence, other than pride and Fifa points. So, it seems Sandilands has a chance to redeem himself from his error for Orlando Pirates against Sundowns. This is his chance to prove to South Africa that he can handle the pressure at the highest level.

The Pirates keeper is already excited with his ticket to Senegal, and maybe that's a sign that he will start. Khune will need to rest his face for a few more days, after picking up a facial injury and wearing a mask in Polokwane.
