The Bafana Bafana captain (standing in for the injured Thulani Hlatshwayo) was the toast of South Africa after his amazing distribution last week

Khune made some brilliant long balls all the way from his goalpost and found attacking midfielders in good positions, leading to opportunities and goals.

The most memorable one was when he found Percy Tau, who then flicked the ball to Themba Zwane to give SA a two goal lead against Burkina Faso in Saturday's Fifa World Cup qualifier.

South Africa eventually won the game 3-1. Totally satisfied with his performance, here's Khune showing off in the gym. He earned it!
