EXTRA TIME: Qarabag FK hero Ndlovu proves his doubters wrong

The 27-year-old forward's brace inspired Qarabag to a 3-0 win over Inter Baki as they clinched this season's league title on Sunday

Forgotten South Africa international Dino Ndlovu is enjoying his stay at Azerbaijan giants Qarabag FK.

The bulky forward recently played an important role as Qarabag secured their fourth consecutive Azerbaijan Premier League title.

Ndlovu has been able to establish himself as one of the club's key players - scoring goals in the league, Azerbaijan Cup as well as Uefa Europa League.

However, he only has four Bafana Bafana caps and he quit the national team last year - questioning back then SA coach Shakes Mashaba’s selection criteria.
