EXTRA TIME: Ivory Coast’s Doumbia welcomes President Alassane Ouattara in Lisbon

After his outstanding display in the Champions League on Tuesday, the 29-year-old met his country’s leader on arrival in the European nation

Sporting Lisbon forward Seydou Doumbia welcomed the President of Ivory Coast, Alassane Ouattara and first Lady Dominique Ouattara to Portugal on Wednesday.

President Ouattara paid a two-day official visit to the southern European country, to meet with President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa at the Belem Palace in Lisbon.

And Doumbia who was on target in Sporting’s 3-2 win over Olympiacos in the Uefa Champions League, was pleased to receive his country's leader and his spouse.
