Crystal Palace’s Zaha back with a bang

Wilfried Zaha announced his comeback from a knee injury with a goal in Crystal Palace 2-1 victory over Chelsea in an English Premier League encounter at Selhurst Park.

The Cote d'Ivoire international was injured at the start of the season against Huddersfield and spent six weeks on the sidelines but has recovered enough to feature in the clash against the Blues.

Cesar Azpilicueta turned the ball into his own net in the 11th minute of the game but Tiemoue Bakayoko restored parity to his side seven minutes later.

The winger was in action for the full duration of the encounter while Nigeria’s Victor Moses was taking off in the 40th minute after he was injured.

The triumph is the first for Roy Hodgson‘s side in the English top flight this season and will look forward to more impressive outing when they travel to St. James' Park to confront Newcastle United on October 21.
