AFC Leopards coach Robert Matano says the club will not be relegated from the top tier anytime soon.

Ingwe has been registering inconsistent results in the top division that have seen the team fall to the 13th position with 20 points.

Despite those worrying statistics, Matano is confident the team will remain in the premier league beyond this season.

"Well, I don want to speculate where we will finish at the end of the season, the league is very competitive and it is not something that has been stage managed.

"What I am sure of is that we are not going to be relegated, that will never happen, not AFC Leopards," Matano told Goal.

"Right now we are working on turning our fortunes around and ensure we get favourable results in our upcoming fixtures."

AFC Leopards is away against Mathare United in the team's next assignment.
