CMS Girls Senior Secondary School coach, Jeremiah Idowu says he was satisfied with his girls performance despite their heavy defeat to Government Senior College at the Onikan Stadium on Wednesday.

"My girls tried their best in the game, even though we lost by a wide goal margin," Idowu told Goal.

"I believe to get to the quarterfinals is not easy, for good six years we have made to the quarterfinals 2011 - 2016, and it is not easy to have made through to the quarterfinals again in 2017, so I believe we have tried our best

"My girls did well, but we met a tougher opposition, and that is why I'm not feeling bad about the game. We have finished runners-up on three different occasions in this tournament in the past.
