Chemelil Sugar beat Bandari 1-0 in a league match played on Friday at Chemelil Sports Complex.

Forward Hillary Echesa shot past keeper Joseph Okoth in the 75th minute to hand Chemelil Sugar a win which has placed them a point behind leaders Gor Mahia.

It was a cagey match which saw the entire first-half period end without any goal with attempts from both sides being thwarted.
