Chelsea will begin their Premier League title celebrations in front of their own fans when they face Watford at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.
The Blues sealed their sixth English championship by defeating West Brom on Friday through Michy Batshuayi's late winning goal.
They face a quick turnaround for this match and Antonio Conte may be tempted to give certain players a rest as he switches his attention to the FA Cup final against Arsenal at the end of the month.

N'Golo Kante was on the bench on Friday night as he continues to recover from a thigh injury and may not be risked here given the low stakes.
Conte may be tempted to rotate his team heavily, in fact, having had just two days of rest and could hand John Terry his final start at Stamford Bridge before returning to his best XI at the weekend.
Potential starting XI: Begovic; Zouma, Terry, Ake; Moses, Fabregas, Matic, Alonso; Willian, Batshuayi, Hazard.

BETTING & GAME ODDS
Chelsea are 1/4 favourites to win at home, according to Oddschecker, with Watford priced at 14/1 and the draw available at 13/2.
Diego Costa is the 13/5 favourite to score first, with Michy Batshuayi rated at 7/2 and Troy Deeney the top choice for the visitors at 14/1.
Now Chelsea go for the double.
Failing to beat West Brom on Friday night was never likely to do more than delay the Blues' Premier League title win, but having got the job done at the Hawthorns they are now able to avoid putting tired legs on the pitch for a second game in four days.
The likes of Thibaut Courtois and David Luiz, who have been playing through various ailments, are likely to get some much-needed rest when Watford visit Stamford Bridge with the trophy in the bag.
Antonio Conte, the competitor that he is, will be determined to achieve the maximum points total of 93 that is currently available to Chelsea, which would be the second-highest in Premier League history.
Despite relying heavily on 13 players this season, though, the Italian has the depth - particularly in defence, now Kurt Zouma and Nathan Ake are both available - to enforce a few changes and still claim three points against the Hornets.
He certainly will not accept a sloppy performance against, of all people, his rival Walter Mazzarri, with whom he has feuded for several years. Not even from the champions.
