K'Ogalo will have to survive with one sponsor less after cutting ties with Crown beverage company

Gor Mahia have lost one of their sponsorship deals ahead of Kenyan Premier League kick-off.

The club signed a three-year deal with the Crown Beverages Limited company in March 2016 but Chairman Ambrose Rachier has confirmed to Goal that the partnership has prematurely ended.

According to Rachier, the company had been struggling to meet their threshold and that terminating the deal was inevitable thereby leaving the club with SportPesa and Goma Lotto to depend on.

“Crown have written to us terminating the deal we signed last year because they are experiencing some financial difficulties.”

The deal was worth Sh50 million and running until 2019.
