Coach Paul Nkata says his boys never did their best against Chemelil Sugar on Friday

Chemelil Sugar beat Bandari 1-0 on Friday and the Dockers head coach Paul Nkata has revealed what he thinks cost them.

One of the things he blames is his players’ coordination in the match insisting that they never showcased their best. He also says long distance covered ahead of the match resulted to the defeat too.

"Somehow we didn't get our coordination right. We didn't play our best game and that was probably the effect of travelling by road from Mombasa to western. We created a few chances but conversion was a problem because the Chemelil defenders were so alert," he told kpl.co.ke.

On the other hand, Chemelil Sugar head coach Abdalla Juma is a happy man having collected the much-needed points which have taken them to position six on the table.

"It definitely feels good to have won for the very first time since I joined Chemelil Sugar, but I am more impressed with my midfielders. Their marking was excellent and that played a very big role in our victory."
