The Ghana international has revealed holding discussions with his compatriots over the possibility of bringing them to Turkey

New Bursaspor acquisition Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu wants two of his international teammates to join him at the club.

Badu is the latest Black Star to make a switch to Turkey, transferring from Italian Serie A outfit Udinese on a season-long loan last week.

The midfielder reveals holding talks with want-away Chicago Fire winger David Accam and Astana attacker Patrick Twumasi about life at his new home.

“[In], football, you cannot do it alone on the pitch; you do your best and others complement so we achieve our targets,” Badu told Olay TV concerning the possibility of linking up with his countrymen.

“I spoke with Accam and Twumasi, of course we are from Ghana and we all play for the national team. They are my friends; we will see what happens.

“I’m just a footballer; I need to concentrate on the pitch and leave everything to management to decide.”

Accam, undoubtedly Fire’s best man in Major League Soccer, is pondering a move away amid interest from a host of European teams.

Twumasi, likewise, wants to move on from his Kazakh club after three years.

“Even Twumasi, I spoke to him,” Badu stated.

“I [told him] I have been here for five days and the team has really welcomed me very well.

“Most of the players speak English so things have been easy for me.

“The management [and] media have been smiling to me and that is a plus. The supporters have been wonderful.
