Asamoah omitted from Juventus squad as Allegri fuels exit reports

The Old Lady coach has told the press about the Ghanaian's uncertain future at the Allianz Stadium

Having left out Kwadwo Asamoah from his 22-man party for Saturday's Serie A encounter with Genoa, Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has confirmed the Ghanaian is evaluating his future with the Old Lady.

The utility man has been linked to Turkish side Galatasaray this summer and reports say the 28-year-old has already agreed personal terms with the Yellow-Reds.

“Kwadwo Asamoah is not available for Genoa," Allegri said on Friday.

"He is currently evaluating his future with the club."

Asamoah has been reduced to a squad player at Juventus over the last three seasons, and his injury problems have done little to help his cause.

He has made 36 league appearances in all since summer 2014, having transferred from Udinese in 2012.

Five Serie A titles, three Coppa Italia winner's medals and three Super Cup golds make up the Accra-born’s trophy haul.
