Harambee Stars midfielder Amos Nondi started for Kolkheti Poti as they suffered a 6-1 defeat on Friday night.

Nondi signed for the Georgian club two weeks ago alongside another Kenyan John Macharia, who started from the bench. Nondi started in the match and played alongside Erick 'Marcelo' Ouma but could not prevent their side from losing to Dinamo Tblisi in the Georgian league.

The victors took a deserved lead through Lasha Todadze before Mikeltadze Beka made it 2-0 and Chakvetadze Giorgi ensured a 3-0 lead at the half-time break. Beka then grabbed a double minutes after resumption. Macharia was introcuded in the second half but it was too little to late for Kolkheti to pick something from the fixture.

Nondi signed for Kolkheti from Gor Mahia while Macharia was a player with Kariobangi Sharks. Kolkheti are now 9th on the league's table after managing 17 points.
