Abdullahi Shehu has expressed excitement after being called up for Nigeria’s World Cup qualifying game against Algeria and friendly against Argentina.
Shehu who was awarded the man of the match in the Super Eagles’ victory over Zambia in September - a game that handed the country its ticket to Russia 2018 - has played in every of Nigeria’s 2018 World Cup qualifying games.
The Anorthosis defender took to the social media to express his delight after securing a place in the 24-man delegation for the dead rubber against the Desert Foxes on November 10 and their friendly game against Jorge Sampaoli’s men four days later.
