Goalkeeper Gabriel Andika has urged fans to turn out in large numbers to cheer the team to the next phase of GOtv Shield

AFC Leopards plays National Super League side Bidco United at Thika Municipal Stadium in a bid to progress to the quarters of GOtv Shield.

Ingwe has been doing well in this competition and are aiming at winning this year's edition to claim rights of representing Kenya in continental scene. Goalkeeper Gabriel Andika has urged fans to turn out in large numbers to cheer the team to the next phase.

"It is not an easy match as many perceive, Bidco is a good side with good players and it will definitely want to cause an upset. We are well prepared and we believe we have what it takes to progress to the quarter-finals of this competition. The team wants to give the best," Andika told Goal.

"For the fans, I appeal to them to turn out in large numbers and cheer us, they are a motivation to the team and we will not disappoint."

AFC Leopards defeated Nairobi Stima 2-0 to qualify for the round of 16.
