Swansea's Leon Britton relishing competition for places
Welsh side are on a 10 match unbeaten run...
Swansea City midfielder Leon Britton says the competition for places in midfield at the club is a good thing.
The Welsh side, who are managed by Paulo Sousa, are going good guns in the Championship at the moment, sitting ninth in the table after a 10 match unbeaten run.
Britton thinks the competition for a starting berth keeps everyone on their toes.
He said: "We are very strong in the midfield area. It is very competitive to secure a place in the team and you know that when you're in the side, you cannot afford to let your standard slip."
Britton added: "I'm happy with the way I'm playing at the moment and I'm just concentrating on making sure I carrying on playing well."
