thumbnail Hello,

La Furia Roja are your overwhelming favourites to triumph, while hosts Brazil and Afcon 2013 winners Nigeria are also fancied and minnows Tahiti are tipped to cause an upset

Some 36.9 per cent of Goal readers think Spain will be the winners of this summer's Confederations Cup.

Vicente Del Bosque has selected a formidably strong squad for the tournament in Brazil as La Furia Roja look to cement their international dominance with victory in a competition they have never before won.

Hosts Brazil were the next most popular choice, pulling in 18.7% of the vote. The Selecao are ranked a lowly 22nd in the world but will be itching to claim silverware on home turf ahead of next summer's World Cup.

Afcon 2013 winners Nigeria rather surprisingly came third, garnering 13.6% of your votes, despite the fact they will be deprived of the services of star man Victor Moses through injury.

Uruguay and Italy came next with 8.8% and 8.5% respectively, while 6.6% of you seem to think Oceanic minnows Tahiti are capable of pulling off what would be the mother of all tournament upsets.

Japan and Mexico attracted the fewest votes, with 3.7% and 3.2% respectively.
