The 26-year-old shot-stopper is preparing for a difficult test against Sverige, but is positive the inter-team disharmony between Dortmund and Bayern players is not a problem
Speaking in the press conference ahead of the game the 26-year-old admitted he was preparing himself for the prospect of facing Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The Bayern Munich shot stopper said: "Zlatan is a key component of Sweden's attack, but I am fully aware of the threat that the entire offensive unit will pose."
As the domestic battle unfolds in the Bundesliga some have questioned the relationship between Bayern Munich and Dortmund players within the German international squad, but Neuer was determined to dispel any suggestions that there was disharmony within the national side.
Neuer told reporters: "We are a national team, which doesn't' just consist of players from Bayern or Dortmund. When we put on the national jerseys, we no longer play for our clubs, we play for Germany."
