With an hour on the clock and his side a goal behind, the former England captain stepped up to bend a 20-yard curler into the top corner and earn the Galaxy a point in front of a sell-out crowd at Montreal’s Olympic stadium.
Beckham is eager to play a part in his country’s Olympic campaign this summer and will have done his chances no harm with this latest strike – his second of the campaign.
