The Stamford Bridge youngster is looking forward to facing Frank Lampard, Ashley Cole and Gary Cahill and also wants to make up for his side's Olympic failings this summer
The 21-year-old summer signing has been in fine form during his first season in the Premier League, and is proud to be featuring in the "historic" game as part of the English Football Association's 150th anniversary celebrations.
However, the former Internacional player's last visit to Wembley saw the Selecao fall to a shock 2-1 defeat to Mexico in the Olympic Games final and he wants to make up for that with a win over the Three Lions.

"It will be really cool for me, David Luiz and Ramires to play against England, and it will be great for Chelsea fans to see the game.
"I played there once with Brazil during the Olympics. My team didn't win, so I hope this time against England we can win.
"It will be very difficult, our team isn't playing qualifying matches but we're preparing for the World Cup. England are playing European qualifiers, therefore it will be a great match.
"It's a beautiful stadium, and I hope that this match with Brazil will be a wonderful game for the English fans."
The attacking midfielder is especially looking forward to testing himself against fellow Blues player Lampard, who was a childhood hero of his.
"For me, Lampard is a player I've watched since I was little, and he's one of England's great players," Oscar continued.
"I'm lucky to actually play with him on a daily basis and Brazil will now play England at Wembley."
