Defender James Collins and young midfielder Jack Collison have been forced to withdraw from Chris Coleman's national squad for the match against Bosnia on WednesdayWest Ham pair James Collins and Jack Collison have had to withdraw from the Wales squad to face Bosnia on Wednesday.
The defender, 28, and midfielder, 23, have been ruled out due to groin and knee injuries, respectively, with Huddersfield man Joel Lynch and Cardiff City forward Robert Earnshaw called up in their place.
Manager Chris Coleman is preparing to lead the Welsh team for the second time, having lost 2-0 to Mexico in May after taking the job following the death of Gary Speed.
The withdrawal means that Coleman will not be able to test the Hammers duo before their first qualifying matches for World Cup 2014, beginning at home against Belgium on September 7 before an away trip to Serbia four days later.
Collins and Collison have won exactly 50 caps between them, 39 of those earned by the experienced centre-back, who has also scored two goals for his country.
