They will face Columbus Crew, Orlando City and Sporting Kansas City between July 24 and August 1, with chief executive Tony Scholes believing the experience will be beneficial
Stoke City have lined up three friendlies in the United States during their pre-season programme.
The Potters will kick off against Columbus Crew on July 24 before facing Orland City four days later.
Stoke will then and round off their trip with a match against Sporting Kansas City on August 1, and chief executive Tony Scholes believes the club will benefit hugely from the experience.
Scholes told the club’s official website: "This is an exciting opportunity for the club, not only in terms of the quality of the pre-season test it will provide for the squad, but also in raising our profile even higher on a global scale."
"It will give the squad the chance to work in excellent surroundings and we know that the opposition will provide a stern test.
In January 2008, Stoke City and Orlando, then known as Austin Aztex, announced a team partnership. The Potters hoped it would enhance their fan base in America and unearth quality American talent.
Orlando used this affiliation to sign former Stoke players Gifton Noel Williams and Lewis Neal and their current manager is former Stoke favourite Adrian Heath, with Tony Pulis' son Anthony among the playing staff.
