France and Arsenal midfielder Samir Nasri: Euro 2012 qualifier against Luxembourg more important than facing England or Brazil

Premier League star set to captain national side on Friday and wants to see team-mates 'play well and fast' in search for victory over bottom-placed minnows in Group D
France ace Samir Nasri has underlined the importance of victory in their Euro 2012 qualifier against Luxembourg on Friday.

The Arsenal man has been named captain as les Bleus look to get their European hopes back on track.

"The game is less of a glamour fixture, but more important than England or Brazil, for what its worth," he told the pre-match press conference.

"Our objective is to qualify for the Euros and so it's a important game for us. There are three points up for grabs and so we have to play well and fast to create chances to score.

"We have to play by moving the ball around quickly, otherwise we risk being shut out during the game."
