Liverpool striker Carroll included despite Daglish's concerns
Jarvis, 24, is included in the squad for the first time and has taken part in all but one of Wolves' Premier League fixtures this season, netting four goals in the process, including the winner against Aston Villa on Saturday.
Kyle Walker is again a defensive inclusion having made the squad for last month’s friendly with Denmark and the full-back, currently on loan at Aston Villa, is joined by White Hart Lane favourite Michael Dawson.
Liverpool striker Andy Carroll is also included in the 26-man party despite Reds boss Kenny Dalglish's concerns over his selection while Darren Bent, Peter Crouch, Jermain Defoe and Wayne Rooney are the other forwards selected.
Gary Cahill and Phil Jagielka make the squad as expected while the likes of Leighton Baines, Ashley Cole, Glen Johnson and newly reinstated skipper John Terry are all also included.
In midfield Capello has called upon Arsenal's Jack Wilshere once again while Scott Parker is given the nod and West Ham team-mate Robert Green is also selected along with fellow goalkeepers Ben Foster and Joe Hart.
England travel to the Welsh capital without international veterans Steven Gerrard and Rio Ferdinand but know victory on Saturday would catapult them to the top of Euro 2012 qualification Group G prior to their meeting with Ghana in a friendly a week on Tuesday.Full squad:
