Netherlands coach Bert van Marwijk has announced his squad for the upcoming Euro 2012 qualifiers against Moldova on October 8 and against Sweden four days later.
Tottenham midfielder Rafael van der Vaart, Everton defender John Heitinga have been called up, while Liverpool's Dirk Kuyt is also named after returning from injury.
Van Marwijk will have to make do without key players such as Arjen Robben and Robin van Persie due to injury, while defenders Ron Vlaar and Hedwiges Maduro are unavailable due to injury too.
Twente defender Peter Wisgerhof has been called up to replace the aforementioned duo. The 30-year-old has never represented Holland at senior level before.
Oranje have collected six points from their opening two games. They defeated San Marino and Finland to make a perfect start to their Euro 2012 qualifying campaign.
