The Mestalla outfit's head coach has stressed that his team are struggling mentally and are simply good enough at this point after slipping to 11th in the Liga table
Miroslav Djukic has admitted that Valencia are "weak" at the moment, but the beleaguered coach has insisted that he will do his utmost to turn things around again.
The Mestalla side have been in disappointing form in the opening months of the 2013-14 campaign and sit only 11th in the Liga table after 11 games, much to the dismay of the club's fans.
The Valencia faithful once more showcased their frustration with Valencia's poor performances during the 2-1 home loss against Almeria on Wednesday, but Djukic remains hopeful he can get his team back on track.
"There is sadness after losing a match like that," Djukic said at a press conference.
"It hurts us. Currently the team is very weak. We've had opportunities, but psychologically we look like a sinking team.
"When you come to a new team there is always the possibility that you could do things wrong. But I am a professional and I will try to put things right."
