The 26-year-old feels the Barca midfielder could prove to be a valuable addition to the Blancos roster if he would ever join Madrid
The versatile defender believes his Spain colleague would be a valuable addition to the Madrid roster as too much is being asked of Xabi Alonso, and the arrival of Busquets would take some weight off the former Liverpool man's shoulders.
"There are a number of players I like, but the one we perhaps need is Busquets," Ramos told Cadena COPE.
"Xabi Alonso is playing too many matches now and we could do with a player like Busquets.
"There's also [Andres] Iniesta, but seeing him wearing the Madrid jersey is like [Lionel] Messi at Madrid: impossible ...
"I get along pretty well with the Barcelona players, with Andres, Busquets and also with [Gerard] Pique. Some will be surprised that I have a good relationship with Victor Valdes, but we have similar thoughts about a lot of things."
Ramos is currently preparing for Spain's World Cup qualifier at home against Finland this Friday.
