Busquets: Barcelona want to win every competition

The Spain international feels that his side's victory over Malaga on Thursday could have been by an even greater margin and now has his sights set on yet more silverware
Sergio Busquets says that Barcelona want to win every competition they play in and insists that he does not fear Real Madrid after being drawn against their arch-rivals in the semi-finals of the Copa del Rey.

The Catalans beat Malaga 6-4 on aggregate after Thursday night's second leg and they will now have to deal with their traditional enemies in the next round.

"We want to win every competition we play in," Busquets told reporters.

"We have to play against Real Madrid in the semi-finals and we hope to get a good result in the first leg [in Madrid]. And later, here, with our fans cheering us on, we hope to get to the final."

The defensive midfielder then reflected on the 4-2 away win over Malaga, expressing his belief that the Blaugrana could have won by an even greater margin.

"The result is fair; in fact, we should have won by more," he stated. "In the first half of the away leg in Barcelona and [on Thursday] throughout the 90 minutes we could have scored more goals."
