The attacking midfielder has expressed his satisfaction with the Catalans' good performances in recent weeks, and is determined to keep it going for the remainder of the campaign

Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta has stressed that the European champions are determined to keep up their good recent form until the end of the season, after beating Racing Santander 2-0 in La Liga.

A Lionel Messi double helped the Catalans to the full three points on Sunday, and the Spain international is eager to keep winning for the remainder of the 2011-12 campaign.

"We played a great game in a difficult stadium. Sometimes the team gets in a rhythm, and this is a good one; we’ll try to keep it up until the end of the season," Iniesta was quoted as saying on the club's official website.

"We’re entering the decisive part of the season and we’re on form; there’s still a lot up for grabs.

"The most important thing is winning games, that’s what we try to do."

Barcelona have fallen 10 points behind Real Madrid in La Liga, but have reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League and the final of the Copa del Rey, where they will face Athletic Bilbao.
