In-demand Brazil striker's agent says a move to the Santiago Bernabeu offers everything a player could want, and claims that the young Chelsea target has no shortage of options
Chelsea are reportedly ready to returnwith a fresh offer for the 19-year-old after failing in a bid to land his services last summer, but Ribeiro says that in his opinion nine-time European Cup winners Madrid are a team with 'no equal'.
He commented to AS: "If he was my son, I would want him at Madrid. They are the best club in the world, they have no equal. It's the maximum a player could want. I know their president [Florentino Perez] well, he is a serious man and a great fan."
On Saturday Neymar told the Spanish media he was happy to respect his deal at the Vila Belmiro club, and also expressed his belief that he could win the Ballon d'Or as a Santos player.
However, Ribeiro reckons a move to Europe would benefit his development, and confirmed that there are a number of teams monitoring his situation in Brazil.
"Neymar is not the best in the world as he is not playing in Europe. But, offers are not lacking," added the agent.
Neymar will look to help Santos clinch the Copa Libertadores when they face Penarol in the final. The first leg is set to take place in Montevideo on Wednesday.
