Queen's Park Rangers star Adel Taarabt is said to be on his way to Real Madrid in the summer after impressing boss Jose Mourinho, according to reports from Spain.
AS comments that the 21-year-old attacking midfielder has been on the club's radar for some time and Mourinho, who has received weekly updates of his development with the Championship side, is convinced of his quality.
The Moroccan international has played 37 games for QPR this season, scoring 15 goals and registering 15 assists from his role as playmaker.
The globetrotting youngster began his professional career with Lens, before moving on to Tottenham and now QPR, where his performances have gathered admiring glances.
Taarabt has also been linked with Manchester United and Arsenal in the past but has previously expressed his desire to play in Spain.
