Real Madrid duo Cristiano Ronaldo and Lassana Diarra have been reported as injured following their scoreless draw at Mallorca in their Primera Liga opener, according to los Merengues official website.

Ronaldo is understood to have suffered sever bruising to his right ankle and will have to undergo further examination on Monday, which could result in him being withdrawn from the Portugal squad for the upcoming Euro 2012 qualifiers against Cyprus and Norway.

Diarra could also be a worry for France after he suffered a hamstring strain on his right leg. He will also undergo tests at Madrid's training ground in Valdebebas on Monday to determine the full extent of the injury.
