The Brazilian failed to hold down a regular first-team place under Tim Sherwood and has been linked with Napoli and Roma in recent weeks as his future remains uncertain
Tottenham's out-of-favour midfielder Sandro would be open to a move to Serie A this summer, according to the player's agent.
Sandro has struggled with injuries since his arrival from Internacional in the summer of 2010 and failed to hold down a regular first-team place under Tim Sherwood, making just eight appearances in 2014.
The 25-year-old's predicament has led to reports linking him with Napoli and Roma, and Luiz Paulo Chignall admits his client is open to the possibility of plying his trade in Italy next season.
"The interest of Napoli and Roma? We have not had direct contacts and there have been no formal offers,” he told calciomercato.com.
"We know that many clubs are following Sandro.
"He would like to play in Serie A, it is a very important championship but now we have to wait to know if he can leave Tottenham or not."
