Roma goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis is hoping that his side's Coppa Italia semi-final defeat to Napoli does not affect their Serie A form.
The Giallorossi had triumphed 3-2 in the first game in the Italian capital last week, but slumped to a 3-0 loss at the San Paolo on Wednesday.
However, with their hunt for the Scudetto still alive, the veteran goalkeeper wants his side to brush off the disappointment of the defeat quickly.
"Napoli exploited the advantage of playing at home in the second leg and on the whole, we committed more errors than them, not making the most of our chances," he told reporters.
"We're sorry that we did not get to the final to win the cup. But we'll try again next year. Now we just don't want to let this defeat affect us in the league."
Roma have the chance to bounce back when they host Sampdoria on Sunday, with kick-off scheduled at 19:45GMT.
