Mario Balotelli claims AC Milan boss Clarence Seedorf shares the same ruthlessness as Jose Mourinho.
After netting the winner from the penalty spot in the Dutchman's first game in charge of the Serie A club, a 1-0 win over Verona on Sunday night, Balotelli made a point of acknowledging his new boss with a thumbs-up towards the bench.
"In Clarence Seedorf, I see the ruthlessness and will to win of Mourinho," the Italy international told Chi.
Balotelli also believes that Seedorf's stellar playing career, which included a decade at Milan, will also stand the 37-year-old in good stead.
"Seedorf has been a champion as a player," the striker pointed out. "He won everything there was to win, so I think we can trust in him.
"Allegri was a good coach. He won us a championship and I wish him the best for the rest of his career.
"But, again, I'm sure that Seedorf will help us. He's already well acquainted with the environment, so he will know well which players he should rely on."
Milan currently sit 11th in Serie A, 18 points behind third-placed Napoli, who occupy the final Champions League qualification berth.
