The Inter supremo welcomes back the experienced attacking midfielder with open arms following his return to the Italian top flight with the Nerazzurri's San Siro rivals
The Rossoneri completed the signing of the Brazilian on a free transfer on Monday, with the 31-year-old agreeing a two-year deal with his old side.
"The decision to bring back Kaka is an excellent move by Milan," Moratti was quoted as saying on the official Inter website.
"As for sticking to tradition, it's for them to decide [whether Kaka is still of added value], so I'll pass no judgement on that but I'm glad we'll see Kaka playing in Italy again."
The Brazil international made 193 Serie A appearances for Milan between 2003 and 2009, netting 70 goals.
