The Danish forward expresses his regret in court after being found under the influence while behind the wheel, which has seen him banned from international football
The Denmark international, who is on loan at the Serie A club from Arsenal, has scored 22 goals in 55 games for his country but will not play international football for six months after being caught driving on the wrong side of the road on Saturday evening.
Bendtner told Copenhagen District Court: "I am incredibly sorry for my actions. I can truly say, that this is the worst day of my life.
"At the same time I take full responsibility for it, for what I have done, but I must go on. I cannot describe how much pain I am going through, but now I want to do all I can to come back strong."
Bendtner's spell with the Italian champions has been blighted by injury, the 25-year-old yet to score since moving to Turin, having made just eight appearances in Serie A.
