Allegri: Boateng and Robinho will stay

The Rossoneri boss has rubbished transfer speculation surrounding two of his players and denied rumours that he will be making a couple of high profile signings
Massimiliano Allegri says Kevin-Prince Boateng does not want to leave AC Milan, while revealing Robinho will remain at San Siro after talks with Santos broke down last night.

The Rossoneri's 25-year-old midfielder said that he was considering leaving San Siro after the racist abuse he reiceived from Pro Patria fans in a friendly, but his coach is confident those comments were made purely in the heat of the moment.

"I did not see him particularly upset today. Perhaps he was letting off steam before, but everything has calmed down now. Nobody likes leaving Milan and I cannot see him leaving," Allegri told reporters at a press conference.

The head coach also went on to reveal that negotiations between Milan and Santos regarding the transfer of Robinho have broken down.

"Last night the Robinho negotiations broke down, so he will remain a Milan player. [Ignazio] Abate is also a Milan player and is very happy at Milan. I am not even going to contemplate letting him go."

Allegri also denied reports the San Siro club were interested in signing Didier Drogba and Mario Balotelli, because the Italian club want to focus on bringing in younger players.

"Our transfer policy is to focus on youth, so Drogba will not be joining us. He does not fit in with the president Silvio Berlusconi's vision for the future," he added.

"Mario Balotelli? He is a Manchester City player. He just has to concentrate on his game, otherwise he will end up throwing away his career."
