The Nerazzurri parted company with experienced players such as Maicon, Julio Cesar and Giampaolo Pazzini in the summer transfer window in a bid to revitalise their fortunes, but have struggled for consistency this term.
"We're a team in transition, but we want to win every match. We need to remain calm, and we'll try our best," Cambiasso told Inter Channel.
Inter beat Palermo 1-0 at the weekend after failing to win their previous four games, and Cambiasso underlined the importance of the victory.
"We needed to get back to winning ways to continue our progress."
Inter currently sit third in the Serie A table, trailing leaders Juventus by four points.
