Juventus have turned their attention to Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner as they aim to strengthen their attack before the closure of the summer transfer window, Goal.com understands.
The Serie A champions had initially set their sights on Fernando Llorente, but have no intention to meet Athletic Bilbao's €36 million [£28.5m] asking price, and the Basques have refused to lower their demands.

The Denmark international is no longer needed at the Emirate Stadium, and the Premier League side are ready to offload the towering striker this summer.
Juventus are pondering a loan move for Bendtner with an option to make the 24-year-old's stay at the club permanent at the end of the 2012-13 campaign if his spell at the club is successful.
Meanwhile, Roma striker Marco Borriello is keen on a return to Juventus, but the Serie A titleholders only see the 30-year-old as an emergency solution.
The Italian transfer window closes on Friday August 31.
