The right-back could be on the move in the upcoming days after being excluded from the squad for the Nerazzurri's Serie A opener with Roberto Mancini reportedly keen on him
Maicon appears to be on his way out of Inter as head coach Andrea Stramaccioni has opted not to include the full-back in his squad for this weekend's Serie A opener against Pescara. The 31-year-old is continually being linked with a move away from the Nerazzurri, with his agent claiming interest from Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea earlier this week, though a move to the European champions is unlikely given their signing of Marseille right-back Cesar Azpilicueta.

Nevertheless, if it were down to new signing Antonio Cassano, Maicon would be going nowhere this summer as he hopes the right-back will stay put.
"I would be a happy man if Maicon remains at Inter," the former AC Milan forward said at a press conference on Saturday.
The defender joined Inter from Monaco in the summer of 2006 and has since made over 200 official appearances for the Giuseppe Meazza outfit.
