The Old Lady have announced the termination of the player's co-ownership deal with Cesena in their favour as the 27-year-old signs a three-year contract in TurinJuventus have announced the permanent signing of Emanuele Giaccherini from relegated side Cesena.
The 27-year-old originally transferred to the Bianconeri at the start of last season in a €3 million (£2.4m) co-ownership deal between the two sides and in a statement on the club's official website they have announced the purchase of the remaining 50 per cent of the player's rights for €4.25m (£3.42m).
Juventus will pay the sum across the course of the next two years with Giaccherini signing a deal to keep him at the club until 2015.
The midfielder made 23 Serie A appearances as the Turin club stormed to the title, remaining undefeated throughout the league season. His performances were noticed by Cesare Prandelli who selected him in his 23-man Italy squad for Euro 2012.
The transfer completes a remarkable progression for the 27-year-old who was plying his trade in the country's third tier just three years ago.
