The retired striker, who has been out of work for two years, will sit down with the Biancocelesti as the Italian club are keen on finding a new coach
Former West Ham manager Gianfranco Zola will meet with Lazio to discuss the possibility of taking the reins at the Stadio Olimpico, La Gazzetta dello Sport claims.
The Biancocelesti are currently on the lookout for a new boss after Edy Reja recently announced his decision to leave the club.
Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo is believed to be another option for Lazio, but Zola will reportedly meet with the capital club on Saturday.
The 45-year-old, who is currently without a job after being sacked by West Ham in May 2010, was already on Lazio's shortlist when Reja almost left the club in February.
Lazio have secured direct entry into the Europa League group stage next season after finishing fourth in Serie A.
