Attacking midfielder Younes Belhanda could be on his way out of Montpellier at the end of the 2011-12 campaign, as Inter have earmarked the 22-year-old as one of their key targets in the summer transfer market, Il Corriere dello Sport reports.
The Nerazzurri are desperate to add some fresh blood to their squad this summer following their relatively disappointing season, and sporting director Marco Branca sees the Morocco international as the perfect addition to Inter's midfield.
Belhanda joined Montpellier at the age of 13, and made his official first team debut in the 2009-10 campaign.
The tricky winger has since developed into an important first team member at MSHC, and has played a key role in their successful season so far, as Montpellier sit second in the Ligue 1 table.
The African playmaker has a contract with his current club until June 2014, but Inter are hopeful that an offer in the region of €7 million (£5.9m) will be enough to lure him away from Montpellier.
