Maicon stresses Inter can not afford to drop any more points
The Brazilian defender has stated that the Nerazzurri have learned from their mistakes, and added they can not slip up again
By Stefan Coerts
The Giuseppe Meazza outfit have been struggling to find their best form in recent weeks, and have collected only one point from their last three Serie A games.
However, Maicon insists that Inter have learned from their mistakes, and will not make the same errors again.
"We can not afford to spill any more points in the remainder of the season if we want to meet our objectives," he told Inter Channel.
"We know what we did wrong against Roma, and have learned from our mistakes. We will not make the same mistakes again.
"We have had some difficult moments this season, but have always bounced back."
Inter lock horns with Novara on Sunday afternoon. The Serie A match at the Giuseppe Meazza kicks off at 15.00CET.
