Porto midfielder Fredy Guarin has confirmed that he has agreed to join Inter in a six-month loan-to-buy agreement.
The Colombia international will sign a temporary deal with Inter on Tuesday, with the Serie A side holding the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season if he impresses.
"I am happy to be a new player of Inter," Guarin told Sky Sport Italia. "But I will wait for tomorrow [Tuesday] to vocalise all my happiness."
The 25-year-old, who joined Porto from Saint-Etienne in 2008, had struggled to impose himself at the Estadio do Dragao since Vitor Pereira took charge of the team, making just 11 appearances in the first half of the campaign.
He was close to joining Juventus last week, but the Bianconeri elected to sign Sevilla's Martin Caceres on loan instead.
